Returns

Products must be must be returned thoroughly cleaned. Dirty products will be returned to the customer, without evaluation.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

All packages should be sent via a shipping method that is trackable- UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Treehugger Hammocks is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
