Warranty

Treehugger Hammocks’ hammocks and accessories are warranted by Treehugger Hammocks to be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year after your purchase of the product. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Treehugger Hammocks will, at its option, either repair or replace, free of charge (including return shipping & handling) any part of its product that is not free from defect in material and workmanship during the warranty period.

There is no warranty on apparel.

Treehugger Hammocks expressly excludes, and shall not be responsible for, any consequential or incidental damage arising out of ones use of Treehugger Hammock’s products.

This express warranty is exclusive in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Treehugger Hammocks specifically excludes all other implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as included in the above express warranty.
